Address and remove any and all adulterated foods.

Address clean to remove and provide an up to date pest control report for the re-inspection. Pest control is to be on site more frequently to address the current rodent issues. An updated Pest control report is to be proivded at the next follow up visit.

Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Interior of the refrigeration unit in the back storage area visibly soiled and with food debris. Clean to remove. Several storage shelves where bags of chips are bieng stored with visible soils. Clean to remove. End caps at the front service registers heavily soiled and with food debris and what appearst to be rodent droppings. Clean to remove all. Side storage rooms to be cleared and cleaned to minimize any rodent harborage.
