Address clean to remove and provide an up to date pest control report for the re-inspection. Pest control is to be on site more frequently to address the current rodent issues. Several storage shelves where bags of chips are bieng stored with visible soils. Clean to remove. End caps at the front service registers heavily soiled and with food debris and what appearst to be rodent droppings. Clean to remove all. Side storage rooms to be cleared and cleaned to minimize any rodent harborage.
