Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Large amount of rodent-like droppings at the shelves under snack/food storage area (retail space) and througout the establishment floors. Last Ecolab (pest company) on 05/04/22 IPM states that several patching and repair/construction work must be performed and several cleaning areas pointed out. Follow up with all of them and provide evidence of work being scheduled/performed as described. Unclear at this point how often Ecolab treats the establishment. Provide more frequent service ( possibly weekly).

Storage Refuse Recyclables and Returnable (C)Inspector note: PIC states that they currently have no dumpster and a new dumpster will be received in 7-10 days. Only one large trash barrell at this time but already filled with no additonal place to store trash. Provide more containers/barrels for the trash storage. No Site Cleanliness license posted. Provide a current Site Cleanliness License by ISD-Enviromental Services.
