Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Upon reinspection underneath storage racks in the back of house on the floors of the mop closet observed small dark rodent droppings. No new pest control report was provided at the reinspection. Clean and sanitize the areas of rodent droppings and have your pest control operator perform a service prior to the reinspection on 1-22-2026 and send the report to damien.yee@boston.gov

When to Wash (P)criticalInspector note: Observed the person in charge leave the restroom enter the kitchen and began prepping foods without washing their hands; the Health Inspector had to stop the employee and direct them to wash their hands before they could return to working with food; food handlers must wash their hands between tasks after leaving the restroom. Retrain the staff on proper handwashing procedures.
