Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Cold holding in four door reach in unit was between 44F and 50F. Some items came from walk in and were in tyemperature. Cooked chicken 50F sliced cheese 47F. The thermometer was reading 51F. PIC need to address this unit and make sure temperature are below 41F at all times. I asked staff to keep lid in the closed to help. Monitor and move food out if temperature does not drop down to 41For below.
