Inspector note: High temp dish machine not operating at this location 91F final rinse. Repair and provide a licensed plumbers report. PIC states all ware washing will continue to be done at sister location at the other end of plaza. Reviewed the process of how equipment is being transported soiled on a cart and transported back covered to prevent contamination. PIC asked for 2 weeks to have repairs completed. Water leaking from underneath High temp dishwasher. Repair or Replace
