Inspector note: There was a blockage in the sewer line two days ago and the line needed to be replaced to prevent frequent blockages. The food was moved to another location and the area was covered with construction plastic before the work was done but the consrtuction was not reported to the health department. Report any interuptions in sewage removal or major construction to the board of health in the future and provide a detailed plumbing report and evidence of cleaning from a commercial cleaning company before the area is back in use.
