Seal ceiling with smooth durable non porous and easily cleanable materials per code requirements for areas where food is being stored or prepared. Large Hole in wall in downstairs storage room around piping entering wall. Seal. Work order provided. Granted extension for work to be completed. after speaking with PIC Brandon and Operations Manager Eric by phone. Floor constructed of raw wood in storage room. Seal to maintain smooth durable and cleanable.
