Upon my arrival establishment was still in operation while raw sewage was coming up from the drains / Re-train all management on the procedures in the event of an imminent health hazard.

Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Raw sewage backed up onto floors throughout establishment / Remove and provide cleaning and sanitizing by a professional cleaning company. Raw sewage water leaking into the basement pooling on the floor / Remove clean and sanitize. There is no food storage in the basement only boxed dry goods. Boxes are stored at least 6" off of floor and are dry and unaffected at this time
