Repair all floors and areas with missing grout and tiles. Floors soiled and with standing water dish area and cookline in missing grout seams and regrout floors. Thoroughly clean floors of soils and standing water. Stairs leading up to laundry area with broken tread and heavy buildup of grease. Repair. Clean to remove. Maintain doors closed or provide screen doors. Doors on third floor leading to fire escape with daylight emiting through permaters of doors and threshholds. Seal all outer openings around doors. Provide detailed work order specifying holes to be sealed and time frames for work to be completed. Most recent pest control report states technician sited "open walls voids/gaps throughout" determine locations of sighted issues on pest control report and seal all voids and openings as soon as possible.
