Inspector note: There is a possible leak from the grease trap or drainpipe under the floor of the pizza pasta pasta prep room causing sewage to leak in the lower common hallway that is used for employees & delivery access only. PIC instructed to identify the issue provide all necessary repairs. PIC stating that plumbers will be shutting off the water to these locations. PIC also instructed to provide a repair documentation to ISD Health. Upon re-inspection on 9.1.23 The PIC states that the issue has been identified. PIC is drafting a plan of action to remedy the issues and will forward an Email to ISDHEALTH@Boston.gov. Upon re-inspection on 9.29.23 The issue has been identified and the manager is awaiting quotes for the repair. Manager was instructed to contact ISD Health prior to repair work beginning to discuss the dining location to be affected.
