Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: clean ceiling tiles on ceiling around grill. Remove soils buildup. If ceiling tiles cannot be clean replace the tiles. In the mop closet replace damaged and missing ceiling tiles. Ceiling tiles in the mop closet have an unidentifired soils buildup.Replace as needed. FRP paneling on wall across from the 3 bay sink is coming loose from the wall. Secure the paneling/wall surface. In the dry good storge room replace missing ceiling tiles on ceiling. Also replace damaged/soiled ceiling tiles. Clean the floor area in and around the floor drains. Remove soils buildup. Clean the floor area under the cooking equipment on the hot line.
