Remove plates (kick) or have them easily removable in order to clean monitor and inspect. Rodent (rat) droppings throughout basement. A full IPM program must be implemented immediately. (11-10-08) management working on issues basement still has some old droppings but need to continue cleaning. shelving in upper area needs kick plates removed to be able to inspect and clean.
