(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: Apartment above the establishment had a fire. Sprinklers in establishment went off and there were smoke odors. Establishment will remain closed until re-inspection by board of health. A professional cleaning company will come in and provide a deep cleaning and sanitizing throughout kitchen and dining area. Provide a detailed cleaning report. No power was lost at time of fire all refrigeration found to be properly operating. Any food out at the time of the fire had been thrown out previous to my inquiry. All utensils and dishes will be cleaned and sanitized.
