Documentation is to be provided on the cleaning sanitizing and work completed of the entire basement area prior to re-opening. Work crew was on sight at the time of the re-inspection. Basement bar area is to remain closed ubtil all repairs have been made and approval from the City of Boston Health Department has been given 10/31/17.
