Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Cooked hamburger and sausage with at 50F. PIC stated that the meats had been in the unit for around 2hrs. All foods out of temperature were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a unit to maintain a temperature below 41F. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. Sliced cheese in the open air cooler with a temperature of 55F. PIC stated that the cheese had been in the unit for around 2hrs.. Cheese was removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a refrigeration unit to maintain a temperature of below 41F.
