Discontinue and esure all TCS foods are bieng mainained at below 41F. Chicken to be removed at the time of the inspection. Cheese cake observed being stored in the front service lower cold holding unit that is not functioning properly. Discontinue the storage of any TCS foods in the unit unitl repairs have been made. Cheese cake to be removed at the time of the visit.

Discontinue and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at 135F and above. The upper shelf of the hot holding unit was functioning properly. Chicken to be reheated to 165F to ensure no bacterial growth.
