Also the room in the basement that is used by the owner of the building will need to be cleaned up and have pest control check in the room also. Droppings found in that room also.

Repairing-Premises Structures Attachments and Fixtures-Methods (C)Inspector note: Prep sink did not have an air gap. PIC will need to have a plumber look into putting one in to bring the prep sink up to code. Also have the plumber fix the leak in the hand sink in the kitchen area.
