  Inspector note: As discussed PIC will need to repair the crack in the three bay sink along the top of the rinse bay. 1-26-24 PIC still is waiting for the repair man for the crack in the three bay sink. Please get this work done before next re-inspection. also PIC will need to have the plumber repair loose faucet in restroom. • Two door flip top was not working at this time. PIC did have all the food out of the unit and has someone coming to repair.
