Premises MaintainedInspector note: Remove the 5-gallon buckets that are presently stored to the right of the rear door (facing the rear of the building). Any trash or litter associated with the restaurant operation must also be removed.

Public NuisanceInspector note: The standing water and spilled grease is creating a public nuisance. The greasy soil should be skimmed off the surface of the rear unpaved surfaces and discarded. When removed the standing water should be able to better percolate through the soils in the rear.
