(A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)Inspector note: Multiple Priority priority foundations and core violation noted on inspection providing proof that the PIC has not been trained in food safety and sanitation as it relates to their assigned duties percode by the certified food protection manager. The PIC must over see day to day operations to ensure establishment is operating in compliance with the food code and PIC must take immediate corrective action. Upon my arrival the 3 bay sink each bay was full of dirty food contacts from the night before. Both hand sinks have items in the basin. Dirty mop water stored in mop bucket over night.
