(A) and (C) Good Repair and Calibration-Utensils and Temperature and Pressure Measuring Devices (C)Inspector note: High temperature dishwasher was not working properly. PIC will need to have it looked at for repair. PIC does have china and coffee cups but I dod not see any chips. The three bay sink used quats and was set up properly at this time. 1-21-26 PIC had a repair company look at the dishwasher and will use disposable until it is repaired.
