Per the owners the individual kiosks are responsible for pest control Building management shall provide pest control to these areas when vacant Evidence of pest activity in the supermarket below retail shelving Provide updated detailed pest control reports from a licensed pest control company for the supermarket and the vacant kiosks in the food court to the Health Department Referred to the Enviromental Department 06/11/25 Updated detailed pest reports for the supermarket the operating kiosks in the Super 88 and the vacant Kiosks in the Super 88 shall be provided to the Health Department following each treatment. Braman pest control on site at the time of the reinspection for the supermarket and for areas within the Super 88 which is also operated by the owners at the Supermaket Pest control reports shall indicate no pest activity in the Food Court prior to a reinspection to reopen
