Three Compartment SinkInspector note: There is no soiled drainboard and the soiled dishes are stacked in the sink. Provide an area to contain soiled dishes. The three compartment sink is not labeled and the employees were unclear how to setup the sink. Label sinks and review proper procedure of wash rinse sanitize then air dry equipment.
