  Inspector note: I spoke with PIC and she told me that they breakdown the machine once a weeks and clean rinse and sanitize and the parts are replaced every 2 weeks.I was not able to verify the cleaning/breakdown/Sanitizing instructions because the manufactures instruction were not available on site. Provide the cleaning/sanitizing manufactures instructions for the machine.
