(A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)Inspector note: The PIC will need to review with all staff the proper way to set up the three bay sink. I witnessed staff washing and rinsing bowls and then air drying. No sanitizer was set up. Certified staff member did COS and showed staff how to set up sink.
