Walls and Ceilings Attachments (C)Inspector note: Provide enclose ceiling in front line that is smooth cleanable and durable 09/02/25 Provide SOP on cleaning schedule for the front line ceiling .Provide Estimate cost for licensed contactor to instail Proper enclose celing in front service line 10/02/25 Provide Documentation from a licensed contractor on the time frame you need for proper enclosed ceiling installed 10/14/25 on Compliance visit The contractor will be installing the ceiling above the front line the week of 10/27 through 10/30 with the work being completed by 10/31. 11/03/2025 the ceiling is done their is piping and sprinkles on the celing please let us know what type of pipe is at the ceiling(sewer waste water). We can provide as much time as needed to complete this work. As we discussed a ceiling must be smooth durable and easily cleanable
