    Inspector note: Promptly replace the sanitizer to the low temperature dish machines. Although the unit at the left / closed end of the bar was not in use during the lunch service it was on and the sanitizing container supply the unit was empty. The sanitizer was replaced during the inspection. The second unit at the open end of the bar was properly calibrated to 50 ppm.
