    Inspector note: Cooked rice and fish inside of the upright refrigerator with an elevated temperatures ranging from 55-58F. PIC stated that the foods had been in the unit for over 24hrs. All foods that were out of temperature were voluntarily disposed and denatured at the time of the inspection. New refrigeration unit had just been installed the previous night. Ensure all foods are being maintained at below 41F. Adjustment is to made on the new upright refrigeration unit in order to maintain all foods at below 41F.
