    Inspector note: Commercially packaged and plastic sealed poultry was observed in the three basin sink thawing. Water was dripping into the sink from the faucet. Proper techniques must be utilized under flowing water. Once the items are thawed they must be promptly be removed to the walk-in refrigerator for proper storage.
