System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: Evidence of what appears to be a Ceiling pipe leaking in teh back storage hallway. Management is aware of the leak and has a service call in and waiting for repairs to be made. At the time of the re-inspection all of the packaged foods had been removed from where the active leak is occuring. There were no odours evident at the time of the re-inspection and a call was made to my supervisor Bob Murad to bring his attention to this matter. Address and make any necessary repairs. Plumbers report is to be provided for all repairs that have been completed (10/27/2021).

(A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)Inspector note: Management not properly overseeing in where staff are being allowed to smoke. Discontinue all smoking inisde of the estabishment and management is to provide a designated area for all employees to smoke.

Eating Drinking or Using Tobacco (C)Inspector note: At the time of the re-inspection (on 10/7/2021) there was evidence of cigarrette butt in the basement storage area (that was photographed at the time of the visit). This is now the second time that evidence of smoking in the basement has been observed. Discontinue all smoking inside of the establishment. Management is to provide a designated area for employees to smoke that is located outside of the establishment and does effect the inside business.

Other Forms of Information (C)Inspector note: Meats for delivery and take out are currently packaged in a raw state as stated by the Person in Charge.Take out and deliveries are being packaged with raw meats that are to be cooked by the consumer and do not have the proper labeling. Take out and delivery of raw meats are currently not allowed by the City of Boston unless otherwise authorized. Establishment is to discontinue all take and delivery of raw meats.
