  Inspector note: Evidence of what appears to be a Ceiling pipe leaking in teh back storage hallway. Management is aware of the leak and has a service call in and waiting for repairs to be made. At the time of the re-inspection all of the packaged foods had been removed from where the active leak is occuring. There were no odours evident at the time of the re-inspection and a call was made to my supervisor Bob Murad to bring his attention to this matter. Plumber has been scheduled to be on site (10/29/2021) to address and make any necessary repairs. Plumbers report is to be provided for all repairs that have been completed.
