System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: Evidence of what appears to be a Ceiling pipe leaking in teh back storage hallway. Management is aware of the leak and has a service call in and waiting for repairs to be made. At the time of the re-inspection all of the packaged foods had been removed from where the active leak is occuring. There were no odours evident at the time of the re-inspection and a call was made to my supervisor Bob Murad to bring his attention to this matter. Plumber has been scheduled to be on site (10/29/2021) to address and make any necessary repairs. Plumbers report is to be provided for all repairs that have been completed. Documentation for repairs that have been made were provided at the tme of the re-inspection 11/5/2021.

Compared with Fail on October 29, 2021: 1 previous finding did not recur.
