(A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)Inspector note: Upon inspection the PIC has added a large display case in the front of the store.The PIC was instructed to E-mail a business plan specifications of the equipment and a menu of items to be displayed for review at the Health Department. Upon Re-inspection I spoke to Principal Health Inspector Dan Prendergast. A 2 week extension was provided. The Manager was instructed to call the Health Division & schedule a plan review for the addition of equipment and change in the business plan. The business is selling retail items from a refrigerated display case. Documentation regarding the plan review was E-mailed to the manager. The manager was also notified that any additional permit fees & letter grade upgrade information will be discussed at the plan review.
