Inspector note: Evidence of moderate to heavy drain fly/fruit fly type insects observed on walls in DR and especially around Beverage Island.Pests also observed in kitchen area by licenses/permits.Store management has been asked multiple times in past mo. to have extermination company come out on a needed basis due to pest problem and provide an IPM style report detailing issues recommendations remedies etc.This is largely a sanitation issue.I recommend cleaning and sanitizing floor drains sink drains as well as surface areas in locations.
