Clean Equipment & Utensils StorageInspector note: Mop bucket observed leaning directly against storage rack in the basement. Discontinue and store mop bucket appropriately. Mop bucket was remove at the time of the inspection. Clean equipment observed being stored on the gorund of the basement area. Discontinue and store all equipment elevated a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.
