(A )Cooling Methods (Pf)Inspector note: Sliced deli meats inside of the flip top deli cooler at 49F. Discontinue and ensure all TCS foods are being properly cooler prior to being placed out for service. All other foods inide of the unit were at below 41F. Deli meats had just recently been sliced.

Wiping Cloths Use Limitation (C)Inspector note: Soiled wiping cloths observed being left out on counter tops. Discontinue and provide a proper sanitizing solution.

Food Storage Prohibited Areas (C)Inspector note: Buckets filled with seafood observed being stored on the ground of the walk-in refrigerator. Discontinue and ensure all foods are being store a minimum of 6 inches off the ground. Excess moisture observed on teh lower shelf of the pizza cooler. Address clean to remove and make any necessaryv repairs. Unit was operating properly at the time of the visit.

Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Single door Beverage Air Freezer not functioning properly. Address make any necessary repairs and discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintaint eh appropriate temperature. All foods inside of the unit were at the appropriate temperature and removed at the time of the inspection. Several lights aout above the stove top. Replace.
