PIC stated it had been there all nigh and voluntarily discarded them. Cooked Shrimp stored above the other food at the upper side of sandwich unit registered 47F. PIC stated it had been there 1 hour and moved it to the lower interior part of the refrigerating unit. Maintain all TCS foods at 41F or below and store properly inside the refrigerating unit.

Observed several open bags with bulk food products. Store in commercial grade containers once open. Ice machine scoop stored on the top of ice machine. Store properly on a clean/sanitized surface.
