    Inspector note: Clean the top of the basement grease trap. Clean the handle to the two-door refrigerator used to hold foods for the fryer. The staff started cleaning the handle during the inspection. Clean the ceiling of the walk-in closest to the stairs. There is a small amount of mold growth on the ceiling by the condenser.
