Non-Food Contact Surfaces CleanInspector note: Discontinue the use of cardboard to cover the shelving beneath the food preparation tables. Cardboard is not permitted. It cannot be cleaned and is a source of nesting material for pests. Clean the shelving beneath the kitchen and basement food preparation tables.

Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Clean the floor beneath the fryer and around the grease traps within the kitchen. The floor is heavily soiled with grease and food debris. Clean with greater frequency the basement floor. Three trapped mice were observed during the inspection. The mice were removed during the inspection.
