(The manager produced an invoice from that morning that shows the 2 cases of eggs were just delivered so they were allowed to be put back into the refrigerator.) The items on the top of the sandwich unit are filled past the fill line; chicken 52F veal 51F. Properly stock the refrigerator so items are stored in refrigertors and the temperature is 41F or below.

Provide proper sanitizer levels so the equioment is getting cleaned and sanitized. (Equipment will be washed rinsed and sanitized in the three bay sink and the dishwasher company was called and will be in later today)
