Inspector note: At time of inspection I found to live cockroaches on top of the dishwasher. A pile of wiping cloths (wet) removed and PIC killed the roach. Please email me the past few pest reports and do a deep cleaning and have them come back out to do another inspection. Please have them come out a few times until issues is corrected.
