Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures (C)Inspector note: Observed old equipment not being used in the basement. Remove all unnessary equipment. There is a new 30 yard dumpster in the back. PIC stated they removed the old dumpster and will remove when finished. Please remove all trash and equipment out back clean and sweep the area and provide dumpster. PIC stated he does have a contract with a trash company. Please provide contract.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: Observed a few floor tiles that need to be repaired. Repair or replace broken floor tiles on the main floor. Observed baseboards in the prep room that need to be repaired. Repair Observed a second set of stairs in the basement that walks up into an unfinished room. They put a set of door to seal off the ceiling but still need to finsh the side wall to ensure no rodents can get through.
