Contact licensed plumber and please pull a permit at 1010 Mass ave 5th floor. After the enclosed mop sink has been installed the license plumber will need to reach out to the plumbing inspector at 1010 Mass ave to approve the mop sink. This report can not be finialized until the plumbing inspector has approved and signed off on the permit.
