There is some chlorine but no chlorine sanitizer test strip only a damaged/unusable QUATs sanitizer test kit. Provide proper warewashing all the time (wash rinse sanitize). I explained to employees the warewashing process. Provide proper sanitizer test kit for the sanitizer used.
