  Inspector note: Low temp catering dish machine reads 0 PPM for the chlorine sanitizer. Provide a PPM for the chlorine sanitizer of 50-200 PPM. The PIC reports dish machine will not be used until machine is functioning properly. All items will be washed at the low temp dish machine in the main kitchen. Dish machine is also leaking chemicals during opertion. Repair dish machine to ensure no chemicals leak from the machine during opertion of the machine.
