Management was reportedly informed that there was no sanitizer but no action was taken by management to address the situation. The single bottle of spray sanitizer was utilized to clean the food preparation surfaces.

    Inspector note: The wall mounted soap dispenser within the bathroom is broken. The bathroom was equipped with a pump dispenser that was set on top of the towel dispenser but the towel dispenser was empty. The bathroom hand sink shall be properly equipped at all times. The hand sink servicing the dish area was in a similar state. The soap and towel dispensers were empty. The staff were using dish soap to wash their hands. A roll of towels was set on top of the towel dispenser. Only the towel dispenser at the left end of the pizza preparation line was properly equipped.
