Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Clean to remove the food debris from the floor and grease trap beneath the three-basin sink. The kick board to the entrance of the walk-in is coming apart and may require repair in the near future.

The building ownership must confirm that the pump is properly operating make any necessary repair to the pump and wiring repair the damage to the basement restroom and negate any nuissance issues caused by the failed/impacted plumbing.
