Inspector note: PIC stated that the mop water is being dumped outside in the rear of the establishment. Discontinue and dispose of mop water appropriately. Mop and bucket being stored directly in front of small deli style cooler and preparation table. Discontinue and store appropriatley to ensure no cross contamination from soiled mop bucket and water. Mop and bucket were relocated at time of the inspection.
