Inspector note: High temp dishmachine 138 wash and 139 Rinse. Contact licensed company to repair. They did not have irreversible thermometer or 160 thermal strips so we could not test the dishmachine. The temperature could be ok and the digital screen could be the issue. Repair. Discontinue using the machine and use the 3 bay sink until the dishmachine has been repaired.
